Call for Contributions

The CHES 2022 rump session will be held Monday September 19th, from 20:30 and will chaired by Diego Aranha and Peter Schwabe. Presentations at the rump session are intended to be an informal, short and entertaining description of recent research results. Non-technical but entertaining presentations are also (actually, particularly!) welcome.

Just like the main technical program of CHES 2022, the rump session will be run in a hybrid setup. We welcome both in-person presentations with speakers present in Leuven and remote presentations over Zoom.

In order to get a presentation slot in the rump session, please send e-mail to ches2022rump@cryptojedi.org with the following information:

To limit time between in-person talks, PDF slides will concatenated into one PDF file. If any other format than a PDF file is strictly required for the presentation, please check with the rump-session chairs (ches2022rump@cryptojedi.org) in advance and provide a very good reason for requesting a different format. Please note that "I want animations on my slides" is not a good reason; "I need to show a live stream of a whole rock band performing remotely" is a good reason. Any case in between will be democratically decided by the rump-session chairs.
